About FireworkAlerts

Our Independence

FireworkAlerts is an independent service. We are not affiliated with any firework display organiser, pyrotechnics industry body, or commercial fireworks retailer. Our mission is to provide accurate, timely information so that everyone — pet owners, livestock farmers, veterans with PTSD, and families — can prepare for firework displays in their area.

Our Mission

We believe that nobody should be caught off guard by a firework display. By connecting display organisers with the communities around them, we reduce stress for vulnerable people and animals, and help organisers show consideration for their neighbours. Advanced warning is the simplest and most effective way to make fireworks safer and more inclusive for everyone.

How We're Funded

FireworkAlerts is a free public service. We do not charge users to receive alerts, and we do not charge display organisers to register their events. Our sustainability comes from optional premium features for organisers and community fundraising. We do not accept sponsorship or advertising from the fireworks industry.
